These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StoreOwned products and services provided by SIOPY, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at storeowned.com. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
StoreOwned offers the following products, each sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees:
You own what you buy. Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the purchased software. You own the source code delivered to you. You may modify it, deploy it on your own servers, and use it for your business purposes.
You may not resell the original software as-is to third parties, claim it as your own creation for resale, or distribute license keys.
The Websites product includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial your site is hosted on StoreOwned servers at no charge. After 7 days:
The Websites license includes one domain transfer — we upload your site to your own hosting account and configure DNS. By submitting a transfer request you:
We complete transfers within 24 hours. Transfers are not guaranteed if your hosting account has restrictions beyond our control. We are not responsible for DNS propagation delays (typically 1-48 hours, set by your domain registrar).
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Refund policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of license keys and source code, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a license key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the product, contact us at hello@storeowned.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.
We host published sites on our StoreOwned servers. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from downtime.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our acceptable use policy.
You may not use StoreOwned services to publish or distribute:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
Our products integrate with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), and Hostinger (infrastructure). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
StoreOwned, its logo, and product names are trademarks of SIOPY, LLC. The StoreOwned platform code, design, and documentation are our intellectual property. The HTML files generated through our platform and AI tools become your property upon creation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIOPY, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
